Usage:
Preparing delectable Rava Idlis is quick and easy with Haldiram Instant Mix. Just follow these simple steps:

Empty the contents of the pack (200g) into a bowl.
Add approximately 500ml of water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes to allow fermentation.
Grease the idli molds with oil or ghee.
Pour the batter into the molds, filling them about three-fourths full.
Steam the idlis in a steamer or idli cooker for about 10-12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Remove the idlis from the molds using a spoon and serve hot.
